ITALIAN ICE CREAM


                                           
  

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 fresh eggs
  • 1 tub of cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup cold strong coffee
 
DIRECTION
  • Separate whites and yolks.
  • Mix the yolks with the cheese and condensed milk.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the device yolk.
  • Pour the coffee and mix to a homogeneous mixture.
  • Place in the freezer overnight.
  • Serve in a bowl and drizzled with hot coffee for gourmets.
