INGREDIENTS
- 8 pieces lamb chops cleansed
- 5 onion medium sized finely sliced
- 9 garlic cloves
- 1 piece ginger (3 inches)
- 2 tomato medium size sliced
- 2-3 slit green chilies
- 3 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper/Chili powder (increase to 2 for more spicy)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- ¼ teaspoon fennel seeds powder
- ½ teaspoon all spices powder
- 1 bunch Curry leaves
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 5 Peppercorns
- 3 pieces cinnamon stick- of 1 inch each
- 4 Clove
- 2 Green cardamom
- 8 Fenugreek seeds
- Salt to taste
DIRECTION
- Mix all the ingredients except tomato in the cooking pot and marinate meat well in the mixture.
- Now place the tomato slices over the mixture.
- Close lid and place on high flame for 2min.
- Then reduce the flame to minimum and let it cook till lamb is tender and fully cooked and gravy is well mixed.
- Once in a while open and stir.
