BEEF KABAB RECIPE





INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb of lamb, salt and ground pepper
  • 2 table spoon of oregano
  • 4 table spoon of olive oil
  • 9 oz of tomato sauce,
  • ½ onion, 2 lettuce leaves
  • 4 pieces of pita bread
  • 4 table spoon of natural yogurt
  • 2 oz of tuna,
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 table spoon of white vinegar vinegar

DIRECTION

  • First of all cut the cucumber and mince it after that slice the tomato and also slice the onion.
  • After that mince the garlic and chop the lettuce and also chop meat.
  • Take meat and mix with salt and pepper add oil and season it.
  • Place the minced cucumber and garlic n a bowl and add two table spoons of white vinegar vinegar and yogurt.
  • Mix it and season them with salt and pepper, after that add olive oil and mix it again properly.
  • Fry the meat in a pan till the meat change its color then season it with salt, pepper and oregano.
  • After that remove it as soon as it is done.
  • Clean the pan and heat it over the flame again so that the pita bread is toasted.
  • Once the pita bread is toasted cut it in 2 half toast for serving to 2 persons.
  • Stuff it with the lettuce and onion and also add the lamb and season it with sauce.
  • After all these process it will be ready to eat.
