CREAMY CAJUN CHICKEN PASTA RECIPE


INGREDIENTS

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
4 ounces linguine cooked
2 teaspoons cajun seasoning (your recipe, Cajun Seasoning Mix or store-bought)
2 tablespoons butter
1 thinly sliced green onion
1 -2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

 

DIRECTION

  • Take a bowl and add chicken and Cajun seasoning in it and toss well.
  • Take a large skillet and heat it. 
  • Add margarine or butter in it and sauté the chicken. 
  • Cook the chicken until it is tender.
  • Reduce the heat and add tomatoes, basil, heavy cream, green onions, black pepper and garlic powder and mix well.
  • Pour it on the linguine and toss with the Parmesan cheese.
