INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 Italian sausages
- 2.8l hot chicken stock
- 400 gm penne pasta
- 2 carrots , thinly sliced
- 2 onions , thinly sliced
- 3 celery sticks, thinly sliced
- 140g green beans , cut into 5cm/2in lengths
- handful flat-leaf parsley , chopped
DIRECTION
- Take a large saucepan and fry the sausages in it until brown. Add the hot chicken stock in it and cover with a lid. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Now add the pasta in it and mix well. Bring it to boil.
- Add the carrots and onions in it and cook for another 10 minutes.
- After that add beans and celery to it and cook for further 4 minutes.
- Check whether the pasta is cooked if not cook for some more time.
- In the end add the chopped parsley in it, season it and serve in large bowls.
