ITALIAN SAUAGE AND PASTA POT RECIPE




INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 Italian sausages
  • 2.8l hot chicken stock
  • 400 gm penne pasta
  • 2 carrots , thinly sliced
  • 2 onions , thinly sliced
  • 3 celery sticks, thinly sliced
  • 140g green beans , cut into 5cm/2in lengths
  • handful flat-leaf parsley , chopped


DIRECTION
  • Take a large saucepan and fry the sausages in it until brown. Add the hot chicken stock in it and cover with a lid. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Now add the pasta in it and mix well. Bring it to boil.
  • Add the carrots and onions in it and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • After that add beans and celery to it and cook for further 4 minutes.
  • Check whether the pasta is cooked if not cook for some more time.
  • In the end add the chopped parsley in it, season it and serve in large bowls.
