SAUTEED GARLIC BROAD BEANS AND MEAT WITH CORIANDER RECIPE


 

 SERVE 10

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 x 500g pkts frozen broad beans
  • 6 meat rashers, rind removed, coarsely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander

 

DIRECTION

  • Take a heatproof bowl and place the broad beans in it.
  • Cover it with the boiling water and leave it for 5 minutes or until they are thawed. Peel and discard the skin.
  • Take a large non-stick frying pan and heat it.
  • Add the meat and garlic in it. Cook for 5 minutes or until meat are crispy and brown.
  • Add the broad beans in it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring. Add coriander in it.
  • Put the bean mixture in a bowl and serve.
