INGREDIENTS
- 2 x 500g pkts frozen broad beans
- 6 meat rashers, rind removed, coarsely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander
DIRECTION
- Take a heatproof bowl and place the broad beans in it.
- Cover it with the boiling water and leave it for 5 minutes or until they are thawed. Peel and discard the skin.
- Take a large non-stick frying pan and heat it.
- Add the meat and garlic in it. Cook for 5 minutes or until meat are crispy and brown.
- Add the broad beans in it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Keep stirring. Add coriander in it.
- Put the bean mixture in a bowl and serve.
