APPLE CRUMBLE


                                             
         

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  •  5 apples
  •  50gm pecans
  •  75gm butter
  •  100gm sugar
  •  100gm flour
  •  1/2 c. coffee cinnamon
 
DIRECTION
  • Preheat oven to 180 °
  • Peel the apples and cut into small cubes.
  • Melt butter and mix with sugar, flour and cinnamon.
  • Work the dough by crumbling dough that must be sandy
  • Add pecans and apples coarsely crushed.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
