INGREDIENTS
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 5 apples
- 50gm pecans
- 75gm butter
- 100gm sugar
- 100gm flour
- 1/2 c. coffee cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 180 °
- Peel the apples and cut into small cubes.
- Melt butter and mix with sugar, flour and cinnamon.
- Work the dough by crumbling dough that must be sandy
- Add pecans and apples coarsely crushed.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
