BALSAMIC GLAZED CARROTS

INGREDIENTS
- 4 bunches baby carrots
- 100g (1/2 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar
- 30g butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
DIRECTION
- Trim the stems of the
carrots peel and scrub the dirt, if any, from it.
- Preheat the oven at
180°C.
- Place the carrots in
the 12 cup large glass or ceramic heat proof baking disk.
- Take a small bowl and
mix sugar, vinegar and butter in it.
- Pour the mixture over
the carrots.
- Season the carrots with
salt and black pepper and mix well.
- Bake them in the oven
and stir occasionally and bake them until they are tender or for 45 minutes.
- Set a serving platter
and drizzle over the glaze for serving.
