INGREDIENTS
- 250 g ground almonds
- 1 orange
- 100g of candied orange peel
- 6 eggs
- 250g of sugar
- 250 g unsalted butter
- Preheat oven to 180 °
- Press the orange.
- Chop pieces of candied orange.
- Melt the butter and sugar.
- In a bowl mix the ground almonds, bake candied orange and orange juice.
- Beat in eggs one at a time and mix.
- Pour butter and sugar and knead the dough.
- Bake the dough for 1 hour.
