CAKE WITH ORANGE AND ALMOND

                               
    
INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g ground almonds
  • 1 orange
  • 100g of candied orange peel
  • 6 eggs
  • 250g of sugar
  • 250 g unsalted butter
 

DIRECTION
  • Preheat oven to 180 °
  • Press the orange.
  • Chop pieces of candied orange.
  • Melt the butter and sugar.
  • In a bowl mix the ground almonds, bake candied orange and orange juice.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time and mix.
  • Pour butter and sugar and knead the dough.
  • Bake the dough for 1 hour.
