INGREDIENTS
- for 3/4 liter of ice (about 9 balls)
- 500 g of candied chestnuts (or chestnuts in syrup)
- Maroon 5 additional
- 25 ml milk
- 15 ml kind of whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon rum (optional)
- Use cold ingredients well.
- Combine milk, cream and rum.
- Coarsely chop 500 g chestnuts and add to mixture.
- Mix finely until it is completely homogeneous.
- Put in churn.
- Meanwhile, cut the remaining five brown cubes about 1 cm square.
- Add them to the ice at the end of churning.
