CHESTNUT ICE CREAM RECIPE



 

INGREDIENTS
  • for 3/4 liter of ice (about 9 balls)
  • 500 g of candied chestnuts (or chestnuts in syrup)
  • Maroon 5 additional
  • 25 ml milk
  • 15 ml kind of whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon rum (optional)

 
DIRECTION
  • Use cold ingredients well.
  • Combine milk, cream and rum.
  • Coarsely chop 500 g chestnuts and add to mixture.
  • Mix finely until it is completely homogeneous.
  • Put in churn.
  • Meanwhile, cut the remaining five brown cubes about 1 cm square.
  • Add them to the ice at the end of churning.
