Serves 4 to 6 people.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 100 gm of brown sugar
- 150 gm mascarpone(Italian cheese made from cream)
- 300 gm of white cheese
- 20 biscuits
- 250 gr of strawberries (small enough)
- 1 punnet of raspberries
DIRECTION
- Clean strawberries and cut in half crosswise.
- In a bowl mix the mascarpone (Italian cheese made from cream), cream cheese and 100g of brown sugar.
- Separate the yolks from the whites of eggs.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir into the mascarpone(Italian cheese made from cream).
- Line cookie spoons in a dish, they will be moistened with water to make them softer.
- Add a layer of mascarpone (Italian cheese made from cream) preparation.
- Then add the berries.
- Again a layer of mascarpone (Italian cheese made from cream) and biscuits and finally red fruit.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
