INGREDIENTS
- 100g of salted butter or butter simple
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 100g of sugar
- 60g flour
- Preheat oven to 220 °
- Melt chocolate with butter in a bainmarie.
- Mix with sugar and eggs one by one.
- Beat with a whisk, then add the flour.
- Pour the mixture into small muffin tins.
- Bake 10 minutes.
