CHOCOLATE MUFFINS


                                                      
INGREDIENTS
  • 100g of salted butter or butter simple
  • 100g of dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g of sugar
  • 60g flour
 
DIRECTION
  • Preheat oven to 220 °
  • Melt chocolate with butter in a bainmarie.
  • Mix with sugar and eggs one by one.
  • Beat with a whisk, then add the flour.
  • Pour the mixture into small muffin tins.
  • Bake 10 minutes.
