BBQ CHICKEN WINGS


                                         

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) oregano
  • 1/2  teaspoon (2 ml) garlic powder
  • 1/2  teaspoon (2 ml) thyme
  • 1/2  teaspoon (2 ml) onion powder
  • Paprika to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Basil , to taste
  • 1 kg (2 1/8 lbs, 18 oz) chicken wings


DIRECTION

  • Preheat oven to 375 ° F (190 ° C).  
  • Mix together all ingredients except chicken wings.
  • Wash and cut the wing tips.
  • Pat chicken dry with paper towel tout.
  • Toast in preheated 375 ° F (190 ° C) for 10 minutes.
  • To turn over wings and brush generously with sauce
  • Continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes.
  •  Serve hot with remaining sauce.
