INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) ketchup
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) onion powder
- Paprika to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Basil , to taste
- 1 kg (2 1/8 lbs, 18 oz) chicken wings
- Preheat oven to 375 ° F (190 ° C).
- Mix together all ingredients except chicken wings.
- Wash and cut the wing tips.
- Pat chicken dry with paper towel tout.
- Toast in preheated 375 ° F (190 ° C) for 10 minutes.
- To turn over wings and brush generously with sauce.
- Continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with remaining sauce.
