GREEK MARINADE FOR CHICKEN





INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon (22 ml) lemon juice
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) steak spice
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) oregano

DIRECTION
  • Mix together all ingredients of the marinade.
  • Leave the marinade chicken in the refrigerator for 2 hours minimum and cook's choice.
