INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoon (22 ml) lemon juice
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) steak spice
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chicken
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) oregano
- Mix together all ingredients of the marinade.
- Leave the marinade chicken in the refrigerator for 2 hours minimum and cook's choice.
