PIZZA WITH ARTICHOKES


                                              
Serves 4 Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS
  • Of pizza dough
  • Of mozzarella
  • tomatoes
  • oregano
  • Sliced ​​salami
  • basil
  • Artichoke hearts
  • rosemary
  • black olives
  • Olive oil

 
DIRECTION
  • Preheat oven to 210 ° C (gas mark 7).
  • Dip the tomatoes in boiling water just to peel them.
  • Remove seeds and chop tomatoes.  
  • Spread on pizza dough.
  • Remove the skin of salami slices and arrange on the tomato.
  • Add the artichoke hearts cut into 4, then pitted olives.
  • Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and cover with pizza.
  • Sprinkle with dried herbs and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake the whole 20 minutes and enjoy your pizza with artichokes ridge home.
