MEXICAN SPAGHITTI



INGREDIENTS
FOR MEAT
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 raw egg
  • ¼ chopped white onion
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • Seasoning meat and seasoning salt to taste
  • 1 chile, chopped
MEAT SAUCE
  • 3 tomatoes
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • spaghetti
  • 1 package wheat spaghetti
  • 1 little oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 bottle of tomato ragout Salesa or anyone who likes
  • 2 chipotle peppers to the tomato sauce
  • ½ bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove


DIRECTION
  • Mix the meat with all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Formed small meat stood out less than 2 cm in diameter.
  • In the blender mix the sauce ingredients plus half a bottle of tomato sauce meat based.
  • When well mixed to see a deep pot and boil with meat balls and 20 minutes.
  • As to cook the meat in its juice, heat a pot of water with a piece of onion and a little oil and salt to boil the pasta when ready is removed and rinsed with cold water.
  • Add the gravy, add the other half of the meat based sauce and chipotle chiles, when all boil, is served on a platter and garnish with some chopped fresh.
