STRAWBERRY, KIWI AND PASSION FRUIT


                       
                    

INGREDIENTS
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 4 kiwis
  • 6 passion fruit
  • 1 1/5 l water
  • 1 1/2 lemon
  • 240 g of icing sugar
  • some ice
 
DIRECTION
  • Hull the strawberries and put them under water quickly.
  • Wipe them and cut into small pieces.
  • Peel the kiwi and slice the flesh.
  • Peel passion fruit and collect the flesh with a spoon.
  • Reserve some chopped fruit to the presentation.
  • For each fruit juice, fruit mix with 400 ml water, 80 g icing sugar, juice of half a lemon and some ice.
  • Serve well chilled.
