INGREDIENTS
- 250 g strawberries
- 4 kiwis
- 6 passion fruit
- 1 1/5 l water
- 1 1/2 lemon
- 240 g of icing sugar
- some ice
- Hull the strawberries and put them under water quickly.
- Wipe them and cut into small pieces.
- Peel the kiwi and slice the flesh.
- Peel passion fruit and collect the flesh with a spoon.
- Reserve some chopped fruit to the presentation.
- For each fruit juice, fruit mix with 400 ml water, 80 g icing sugar, juice of half a lemon and some ice.
- Serve well chilled.
