GREEK SALAD FOR SLIGHT





INGREDIENTS
  • One oak leaf lettuce
  • 200 g of feta
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red onion
  • 50 g black olives
FOR THE VINAIGRETTE
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 Coffee chopped oregano
  • salt 
  • freshly ground white pepper
 
DIRECTION
  • Greek Salad for slight
  • Wash and dry the salad.
  • Wash tomatoes and cut into 8 wedges.
  • Wash the cucumber and slice it into rounds.
  • Crumble the cheese into cubes.  
  • Peel onions and cut into thin rings.
  • In a bowl, mix cheese, cucumber, tomatoes and onions.
  • Prepare the vinaigrette:
  • Peel the garlic, crush it and mix it with vinegar.
  • Add 1/2 c. teaspoon salt.
  • 1/2 c. freshly ground black pepper and oregano
  • Fold in oil mesh, still beating strongly.  
  • Pour this sauce over the salad and mix gently.
  • Decorate the salad with black olives. Serve.
