INGREDIENTS
- One oak leaf lettuce
- 200 g of feta
- 1/2 cucumber
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 red onion
- 50 g black olives
FOR THE VINAIGRETTE
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 Coffee chopped oregano
- salt
- freshly ground white pepper
- Greek Salad for slight
- Wash and dry the salad.
- Wash tomatoes and cut into 8 wedges.
- Wash the cucumber and slice it into rounds.
- Crumble the cheese into cubes.
- Peel onions and cut into thin rings.
- In a bowl, mix cheese, cucumber, tomatoes and onions.
- Prepare the vinaigrette:
- Peel the garlic, crush it and mix it with vinegar.
- Add 1/2 c. teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 c. freshly ground black pepper and oregano.
- Fold in oil mesh, still beating strongly.
- Pour this sauce over the salad and mix gently.
- Decorate the salad with black olives. Serve.
