PINEAPPLE BAKED BEANS RECIPE





INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (28 ounces) baked beans
  • 3/4 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


DIRECTION
  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink when done drain the beef.
  • Transfer the beef to a 5-qt. slow cooker.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well so everything is evenly mixed.
