INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (28 ounces) baked beans
- 3/4 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTION
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink when done drain the beef.
- Transfer the beef to a 5-qt. slow cooker.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well so everything is evenly mixed.
