SLOW COOKER SHREDDED BEEF FOR TACOS BURRITOS RECIPE


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (4 pound) boneless beef chuck roast
  • 2 (1 ounce) packages taco seasoning
  • 1 onion, halved and sliced (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, or more to taste

DIRECTION
  • Put beef roast in crock of a slow cooker.
  • Shake over taco flavoring over the beef; top it with onion slices.
  • Cook on low heat for about 8 to 10 hours.
  • Remove beef and place it on a cutting board and shred with the help of a pair of forks.
  • Return beef to slow cooker and flavor with seasoned salt.
