INGREDIENTS
- 1 (4 pound) boneless beef chuck roast
- 2 (1 ounce) packages taco seasoning
- 1 onion, halved and sliced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, or more to taste
DIRECTION
- Put beef roast in crock of a slow cooker.
- Shake over taco flavoring over the beef; top it with onion slices.
- Cook on low heat for about 8 to 10 hours.
- Remove beef and place it on a cutting board and shred with the help of a pair of forks.
- Return beef to slow cooker and flavor with seasoned salt.
