BEEF BOTI KABAB RECIPE




INGREDIENTS

  • ½ kg cubes of beef
  • 2 tablespoon raw papaya grinded
  • ½ teaspoon. ginger paste
  • ½ teaspoon. garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon. salt (according to taste)
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green chilies


DIRECTION

  • Mix together all the spices, yogurt and papaya and mix the beef cubes with it.
  • Leave to marinate for 56 hours preferably overnight.
  • Grill/BBQ over coal.
  • Serve with mint sauce, yogurt and onion rings.
