INGREDIENTS
- ½ kg cubes of beef
- 2 tablespoon raw papaya grinded
- ½ teaspoon. ginger paste
- ½ teaspoon. garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon. salt (according to taste)
- 2 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped green chilies
DIRECTION
- Mix together all the spices, yogurt and papaya and mix the beef cubes with it.
- Leave to marinate for 56 hours preferably overnight.
- Grill/BBQ over coal.
- Serve with mint sauce, yogurt and onion rings.
