INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg liver (lamb)
- salt to taste
- 2 – 3 teaspoon red chili
- 1 teaspoon white cumin seeds (roasted, powdered)
- 12 lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
- 12 green chilies
- oil as required
- 1 teaspoon qasoori methi
DIRECTION
- Heat oil in a wok on medium flame, add liver.
- Then add garlic and ginger paste.
- Once the water dries up, add red chili powder, qasuri methi and cumin powder.
- Add chopped green chilies and stir.
- Add lemon juice, and salt.
- Check it weither it’s properly cooked.
- Now it’s ready to serve.
