LAMB LIVER RECIPE



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 kg liver (lamb)
  • salt to taste
  • 2 – 3 teaspoon red chili
  • 1 teaspoon white cumin seeds (roasted, powdered)
  • 12 lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
  • 12 green chilies
  • oil as required
  • 1 teaspoon qasoori methi


DIRECTION
  • Heat oil in a wok on medium flame, add liver.
  • Then add garlic and ginger paste.
  • Once the water dries up, add red chili powder, qasuri methi and cumin powder.
  • Add chopped green chilies and stir.
  • Add lemon juice, and salt.
  • Check it weither it’s properly cooked.
  • Now it’s ready to serve.
