BEEF WITH SPICY SAUCE





INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 kg meat or chicken chopped
  • 3 chopped onions
  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 4 whole cardamoms
  • 1 teaspoon all spices powder
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tablespoon ginger slices
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 3 chopped garlic
  • oil or ghee to cook with
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 chopped green chili


DIRECTION
  • Fry onions in a deep frying pan, when light golden, add the meat.
  • Wait until water from meat dries out, add the rest of the ingredients and mix it well.
  • Add water and let it boil for at least 50 minutes.
  • When meat is cooked and the amount of gravy is reduced pour it into a serving dish. Now your dish is ready to be served.
