INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 kg meat or chicken chopped
- 3 chopped onions
- 4 chopped tomatoes
- 4 whole cardamoms
- 1 teaspoon all spices powder
- 4 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 tablespoon ginger slices
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
- 3 chopped garlic
- oil or ghee to cook with
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 chopped green chili
DIRECTION
- Fry onions in a deep frying pan, when light golden, add the meat.
- Wait until water from meat dries out, add the rest of the ingredients and mix it well.
- Add water and let it boil for at least 50 minutes.
- When meat is cooked and the amount of gravy is reduced pour it into a serving dish. Now your dish is ready to be served.
