INGREDIENTS
- 1 chicken breast , boneless
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red chili
- 1 onion , large
- mushrooms
SAUCE
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon (10 ml) cornstarch
MARINADE
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) oil
- 1/3 cup (85 ml) soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic powder
- 1/4 cup (65 ml) pineapple juice
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients marinade.
- Mariner the meat into cubes for about 2 hours in refrigerator.
- Thread the chicken cubes on a skewer, alternating with the peppers into pieces, the onions into quarters and mushroom.
- Grill on the BBQ or in oven at 350 ° F (180 ° C) for 20 minutes.
