CHICKEN PINEAPPLE SAUCE


                                                      

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chicken breast , boneless
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 onion , large
  • mushrooms
SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (65 ml) white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon (10 ml) cornstarch
MARINADE
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) oil
  • 1/3 cup (85 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup (65 ml) pineapple juice

 
DIRECTION
  • Thoroughly mix all ingredients marinade.
  • Mariner the meat into cubes for about 2 hours in refrigerator.
  • Thread the chicken cubes on a skewer, alternating with the peppers into pieces, the onions into quarters and mushroom.
  • Grill on the BBQ or in oven at 350 ° F (180 ° C) for 20 minutes.
  • Sauce: Mix all ingredients together and boil a few minutes.
