INGREDIENTS
- 400 g shelled prawns
- 2 shallots 1 bunch mint1 teaspoons coffee cornstarch
- 2 c. olive oil
- 5 cl of dry white vinegar
- salt.
- Peel and chop the shallots. Roughly chop the MINT.
- Mix the cornstarch with white vinegar.
- Saute shallots in oil in a wok (or frying pan).
- Add shrimp , cook 2 min.
- Then add the cornstarch mixture, MINT and white vinegar. Stir. Salt.
- Leave to cook 4 min.
