SAUTEED SHRIMP WITH MINT


                                                                          

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g shelled prawns
  • 2 shallots 1 bunch mint1 teaspoons coffee cornstarch
  • 2 c. olive oil
  • 5 cl of dry white vinegar
  • salt.



DIRECTION

  • Peel and chop the shallots. Roughly chop the MINT.
  • Mix the cornstarch with white vinegar.
  • Saute shallots in oil in a wok (or frying pan).
  • Add shrimp , cook 2 min
  • Then add the cornstarch mixture, MINT and white vinegar. Stir. Salt. 
  • Leave to cook 4 min.
