CHAPLI KABAB


INGREDIENTS

  • ½ kg beef (finely minced)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (thinly sliced and fried to golden brown)
  • 1 large tomato
  • 3 green chilies (chopped)
  • ½ cup Fresh cilantro/coriander Leaves 
  • 1 cooked omelet (cooked with 2 eggs and with a little salt and black peppers)
  • 200 gm corn meal (do not use corn flour)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds crushed
  • 1 tablespoon whole dried red chilies crushed
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds crushed
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar


DIRECTION
  • Add all the ingredients into the mince meat then mix them well with hands.
  • Leave to marinate in refrigerator for 23 hours.
  • Make flat patties with the mixture and fry them in a little oil.
